Our Mission

Black Passport Foundation, Inc. is a nonprofit corporation organized exclusively for charitable and educational purposes under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.

From our charter To assist public, private and academic entities endeavoring to ensure the safety, security and welfare of their stakeholders with data analysis, domain expertise, and other support as needed.

We work where the need for rigorous analysis exceeds an institution's capacity to produce it, and where the public interest is best served by independent, mission-driven support.

What We Provide

Three forms of support. One commitment to stakeholder welfare.

01 / Data Analysis

Analytic Support

Multi-source intelligence and data analysis applied to questions of safety, security, and welfare. We draw on open sources, structured datasets, and specialized analytic methods.

02 / Domain Expertise

Subject-Matter Guidance

Expert advisory across maritime security, geopolitical risk, energy, critical infrastructure, and emerging threat domains. Provided as briefings, written assessments, or sustained engagement.

03 / Other Support

Operational Assistance

Tooling, methodology transfer, training, and capacity-building for institutions that need to develop their own analytical capabilities, not just consume ours.

Who We Serve

Public, private, and academic institutions with stakeholders to protect.

Public Government & mission-driven entities

Agencies, municipalities, and public institutions facing analytical questions outside their internal capacity.

Private Industry & civil society

Companies and nonprofits in sectors where stakeholder safety depends on rigorous, independent analysis.

Academic Universities & research institutions

Researchers, faculty, and student programs working on questions of safety, security, and public welfare.
